Fireclay and high-alumina shapes, insulating brick, mortars, castables and ramming mixes for furnace, kiln and ladle linings. Standard formats from stock, non-standard shapes to your drawing.
Trusses, columns, beams, portal frames, service platforms and stairs. Welded and bolted assemblies detailed in 3D, fabricated to ДСТУ and delivered shop-primed or hot-dip galvanised.
Embedded parts, anchor groups, gratings, ladders, fences, formwork elements and weldments. Short-run fabrication with the same certificates and the same traceability as the large assemblies.
Cement, dry mixes, reinforcement, rolled metal, insulation and fasteners consolidated into one delivery to your site. We hold the stock so your schedule does not depend on six separate suppliers.
Mixing and dosing plant, hoists, conveyors, welding and cutting systems, compressors and workshop machinery — selected against your duty cycle, not against a catalogue page.
Power tools, diamond tooling, measuring instruments and consumables for professional crews. Stocked in depth, replaced under warranty from Zaporizhzhia rather than from an overseas hub.

Five stages, each closed by a document. Nothing moves to the next stage until the previous one is signed.
We collect the working temperature, the atmosphere, the loads and the assembly conditions. If a drawing does not exist yet, our engineer takes the dimensions on site.
Output · technical questionnaireLining thickness or steel section is calculated, materials are selected, alternatives are priced. You receive a specification you can compare line by line.
Output · priced specificationPressing and firing for refractories; cutting, welding and surface treatment for steel. Each batch carries its own number from the first operation onwards.
Output · batch cardDimensional check, density and refractoriness for ceramics; weld inspection and geometry check for structures. Results are issued as a certificate, not as a promise.
Output · material certificatePalletised and loaded to your schedule. On request our supervisor attends the first lining or the first lift and stays until the crew is confident.
