Privacy Policy
KOMR works with industrial customers, and most of the data we handle is commercial rather than personal. This document sets out the personal data we do process, why, and how you keep control of it.

2. Data we process
- Request data — name, company, email, telephone, division of interest and the technical description you submit through the quote form.
- Project data — drawings, specifications, temperature and load conditions, site addresses and the names and telephone numbers of your engineers and site managers.
- Contract and accounting data required by Ukrainian law for the supply of goods, including signatory details.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and the language preference stored locally in your browser.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Requests and project data are processed to prepare a quotation and to perform the resulting supply contract. Accounting, customs and certification records are processed to meet our legal obligations. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making and we run no profiling.
4. Tender and procurement platforms
Where a customer runs a procurement procedure, our commercial and contact details are submitted to that platform and become visible to its operator and to the customer's commission. Where you invite us to a procedure, the contact data you provide is used only inside that procedure.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your language choice is stored in the browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
6. Recipients
Hosting and mail providers, carriers and customs brokers for shipment, certification bodies and testing laboratories where a certificate is required, and our accountants. Each processes data only on our documented instruction. Technical drawings marked confidential are not transferred to anyone outside the production chain agreed with you.
7. Retention
Unsuccessful requests are deleted after twenty-four months. Contract, certification and accounting records are retained for the statutory periods, generally three to seven years. Batch and material certificates are archived for ten years, because a lining outlives the paperwork that describes it.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or a copy of your data in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to help@komrtov.online; we reply within thirty days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
9. Security
TLS in transit, role-based access to project folders, offline backups, and a documented procedure for handing over accounts when an employee changes role or leaves. Access to customer drawings is limited to the engineers assigned to that project.
10. Updates
Revisions are published on this page with a revision number and date. Customers with an active contract are notified by email of any material change.
